How to read this: Historical observations and archived forecasts are real. Tank capacity, 90% collection, watering, 200 L/h hot-roof water use and forecast-triggered release are illustrative assumptions, not measured performance. We have no actual sewer-stress or indoor-temperature data. Pre-release is hypothetical, not a claim of safe discharge.

Forecasters issue updates at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC; the simulated controller sees each only six hours later. Missing forecasts disable forecast-based release decisions. Historical hours with no observations are not invented.
